With over 30 years of security experience, Anthony Seda began his security career in New York as a store detective in 1977. As a security aide for the New York school system, he was promoted to Peace Officer for the City of New York and cited for Meritorious Service in 1980. He then served as Security Segeant at the Bronx Hospital. 

Anthony began accident scene investigations for numerous Law firms in the mid 1980's. After returning to school for Investigations he received his New York licenses as a Private Investigator, Security and Process Server. Having moved to Las Vegas in 2006, and awaiting the approval of his Nevada state licensure, Anthony also worked on the Vegas Strip as a casino security guard. He is now licensed in New York and Las Vegas as Process Server, Security and Private Investigator.

All potential employees of All Purpose Security, LLC go through an extensive background check performed in and through Nevada State Licencing Bereau and are given a sheriff's card that we keep on file stating full background check completion.

At receipt of a clean background, all employees are trained in state, local, and H.O.A. laws pertaining to security officers their duties and responsibilities. All armed officers, receive extra class time and training due to the severity of their position, and weapopns carried. All officers are either uniformed or in formal business attire according to client needs, and are supervised by the owner directly, to ensure efficient and proper service.
